Your appointments are very important to me and reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Please review my policy below: 🫧Cancellations 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 30% cancellation fee unless a valid reason is provided (e.g., illness, emergency, etc.). Cancellations without a valid reason within the 24-hour window will still incur the 30% fee. 🫧No-Shows If you miss your appointment without any notice, it will be considered a No-Show, and you will be charged 30% of the service price. Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings. 🫧Late Arrivals A 30-minute grace period begins at your scheduled appointment time. If you have not arrived within 30 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a 30% no-show fee will be charged. 🫧Payment & Booking A card on file is required to hold your appointment.
